Program

Brittison Retirement Planning Text Alerts is a text message program operated by Brittison Financial Group, Inc., doing business as Brittison Retirement Planning. By checking a text message consent box on our website contact form, or on a class registration form we send you to, you agree to receive text messages from Brittison Retirement Planning at the mobile number you provided.

Messages you may receive

• Class and appointment messages (if you checked the first box): class registration confirmations, class reminders, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about classes or appointments you signed up for. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month.
• Class and event invitations (only if you checked the second box): invitations to future classes and events. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

Our text messages do not contain investment recommendations or account information.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To join again, reply START or fill out our form again.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for a class, booking an appointment, or purchasing any product or service.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Records

Text messages may be retained to meet our legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or requests for transactions by text message. We are unable to process those requests by text.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
